Wow what a tournament!

The tournament began on Thursday with “Angler’s Night Out”. Sixty anglers and guests enjoyed a pig roast and social hour followed by a short Angler’s Meeting. This was a great opportunity for the anglers to meet each other as well as the many volunteers who would be available to assist anglers throughout the two day tournament. Friday morning boat check and blast off went off without a hitch despite the cool morning temperature.  Friday’s weigh-in was a close one with the leading team weighing in at 21.47 lbs. The challenge on Saturday was again the weather with strong winds. Anglers who checked in at both the 3:00 and 3: 30 check-in time slots agreed that they had worked hard for their day’s catch! After an exciting second day final weigh-in and in front of a large crowd the following teams took to the stage to accept their prizes:

Big Fish (over the 2 days) - Jason Coll & Matt King	Weight 5.69	Payout $1,000
